Hello! I’m Oliver (aka Dolliver) and I’m a licensed nail technician and press on artist located in the Portland metro area. I started making press ons for my partner’s drag performances in 2024 and it’s been a whirlwind since then. I’ve completely fallen in love with this art form and I want you to fall in love with it too! Booking with me means more than I am doing your nails… I pride myself on making sure my client feels like an equal part in this exchange; they are YOUR nails after all. I will always be honest with you and do my best to make sure your needs are being met. My space is queer and body positive and I do not tolerate hate speech or micro aggressions of any kind. As a trans man who has felt many kinds of discomfort in salon environments, I am striving to create the atmosphere I always wanted. I specialize in gel services (no acrylic) and abstract/maximalist nail art. I look forward to working with you <3

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/reschedules must be done at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment or your card on file will be charged 50% of the total service cost. A 15 minute grace period is given for your arrival, any more than 15 minutes will result in a cancellation of your appointment and 50% of the total service cost will be charged to your card on file. If your card on file declines or you are a no call/no show you will be banned from booking with me in the future. I require a 15$ non refundable deposit which is charged on my booking site. This will go towards your appointment total. CASH IS PREFERRED! I also accept Venmo, Cashapp, and credit card payments (with a 5$ service charge). Tips are highly appreciated but never mandatory! I do NOT give refunds! That being said, if your nail chips, breaks, lifts, or peels in the first 3 days after service I will repair it FREE OF CHARGE! any repairs after that 3 day period cost money. I am a licensed nail technician in the Portland metro area. I work independently at Paz hair lounge on NE 21st and Broadway. There are angle in street parking spots in front of the building, but I recommend factoring street parking into your commute. Guests are allowed at my discretion! I share my space with another nail technician so guests must wait in the salon waiting area. I service adults 18+. Absolutely NO pets (service animals are always welcome).
